About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our client's growing team. This role blends direct clinical work with supervision responsibilities, with the opportunity to step into a Team Lead role as the Speech team expands.

You’ll support children aged 0–18 years with a wide range of needs including:

  • Disability and complex presentations

  • ASD Levels 2/3

  • Non-verbal communication

  • Speech and language delays

  • AAC use

  • Group therapy

Therapy is delivered onsite (3 days) and offsite (2 days) in schools, preschools, and homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a paediatric disability caseload

  • Supervise students, graduates, and early-career clinicians

  • Collaborate closely with OTs, Physios, and Behaviour Support Practitioners

  • Contribute to program development and clinical leadership

  • Report to the Speech Team Lead

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in paediatric disability (or 3+ years for non-senior roles)

  • SPA registration

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, Police Check

  • Current First Aid & CPR

  • Driver’s licence and reliable car

  • Full Australian working rights
